  • Following a recent surge in cases of COVID-19 due to the Delta variant, the CDC has released updated mask guidance and now recommends that fully vaccinated people should wear a mask in public indoor settings in areas of substantial or high transmission. We are requiring all Team Members to follow local guidelines regarding the use of masks, and we encourage our customers to do the same.
  • Tractor Supply stores are offering Contactless Curbside Delivery for Buy Online, Pickup At Store orders with a minimum of two parking spots allocated for these services. Customers can call the store phone number once they arrive at the store, and a Team Member will bring the order to their vehicle.
Team Members
  • The health and safety of Tractor Supply Team Members, customers and communities is of the utmost priority. Our goal is to take care of our Team Members first and foremost, so they can, in turn, take care of customers.

Beginning June 28, 2020, we adopted permanent wage increases for Team Members at all stores and distribution centers.
  • Since mid-March 2020, non-essential support Team Members - primarily those based at our Store Support Center - have been able to work remotely to promote health and safety and prevent the spread of the virus.

  • In support of our hometown neighbors, the Tractor Supply Company Foundation has donated $100,000 to the United Way of Greater Nashville's COVID-19 Response Fund to support community-based organizations with funds to meet the immediate needs of individuals affected by the crisis.
  • On September 9, 2020, Tractor Supply announced joining the American Connection Project Broadband Coalition to help improve rural communities' access to high-speed internet. Given the increasingly important role reliable internet connectivity plays in customers' lives during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Tractor Supply Company Foundation pledged $1 for every download of the Tractor Supply app before the end of the year (12/31/20) - up to $1 million - to support broadband improvements in rural areas.
