Blake has served as Senior Vice President Store Operations, West Division since 2026 and currently oversees Store Operations for eight Regions including stores from the Far West, Texahoma, Midwest and South Central. Since joining Tractor Supply in 2018, Blake has held leadership roles of increasing responsibility, progressing from District Manager to Regional Vice President before being named Senior Vice President. With more than 20 years of multi-unit retail leadership experience, Blake is passionate about developing leaders, executing strategies that drive results, and advancing Tractor Supply's commitment to serving its customers and communities.
