Steven serves as Senior Vice President of Operations for the West Division, overseeing Store Operations and field leadership across a broad and diverse geographic area. He joined Tractor Supply in August 2025 and is dedicated to supporting the Company’s mission of serving Life Out Here through operational excellence and a people-first approach.
Before joining Tractor Supply, Steven spent more than 25 years with Walmart, where he held numerous leadership roles across operations and field management. During his tenure, he led teams serving customers across the continental United States and offshore locations in Alaska and Hawaii, driving performance and growth through a strong focus on operational execution, talent development and customer experience.
Steven brings a passion for developing leaders, enhancing operations, and taking a holistic end-to-end approach to business. He believes that building a strong leadership pipeline and engaging teams to exceed customer expectations are the cornerstones of sustainable success.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Leadership from Friends University and a Master of Business Administration from American InterContinental University.
