Kris Bybee has served as Senior Vice President, Finance & Strategy since April 2026. In this role, he is responsible for the Company’s financial planning and analysis, strategy and business development functions, including long-term planning, capital allocation, enterprise strategy & analytics and mergers & acquisitions.
Prior to his current role, Kris served as Vice President, Finance from May 2021 to March 2026, where he led financial planning and analysis and treasury, overseeing capital allocation, shareholder return strategies and long-term investment planning, capital markets transactions and acquisitions. Earlier in his tenure at Tractor Supply, he served as Vice President, Controller and Assistant Corporate Secretary, with responsibility for accounting, tax and SEC reporting.
Kris began his career in the audit and assurance practice at Deloitte and is an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
