Nicole Logan has served as the Senior Vice President, General Merchandise Manager since 2023. In this role, Nicole is responsible for leading the Animal and Softlines Major Division, which is made up of Pet, Large Animal and Clothing & Gift Merchandising teams. Nicole joined Tractor Supply in 2008 and has served in many roles of increasing responsibility over that time. In 2008, Nicole was an Associate Buyer of Fencing and since has lead the creation of a pet specialty chain, Hometown Pet, that led to the acquisition of Petsense, along with leading teams across merchandising in both hardlines and softlines categories. She attended the University of Maryland, College Park. Nicole has also served as chair of a non-profit board, Tucker’s House.
