Randall Dodds has served as Senior Vice President, General Merchandising Manager since February 2023. In this role, Randall is responsible for Tractor Supply’s seasonal and hard lines’ business units and plays a leading role for the Company’s sidelot and garden center initiatives. Prior to his current role, Randall served as the Vice President, Divisional Merchandising Manager for the seasonal division from 2017 to 2023. He first joined Tractor Supply in 2014 and served in various merchant roles after spending almost 20 years in sales leadership with MTD Products, now part of the Stanley Black and Decker portfolio. He graduated from Baldwin-Wallace University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Tiffin University with an MBA. Randall also serves on the Board of Directors for the USFRA, the United States Farm & Ranch in Action organization.
