Amy Dahl has served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Tractor Supply Company since August 2026.
Prior to joining Tractor Supply, Amy spent 18 years with The Toro Company (NYSE: TTC) in executive leadership roles spanning legal, human resources and international business. Most recently, she served as Vice President, International Business & Strategy. She previously served as Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary and Vice President, Human Resources.
Earlier in her career, Amy practiced law with Norton Rose Fulbright and Lathrup GPM. She serves on the Board of Directors of EMCOR Group, Inc. (NYSE: EME).
Amy earned her Juris Doctor, Order of the Coif, from the University of North Dakota and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Minnesota.
