Tom Sabatino serves as Interim General Counsel of Tractor Supply Company. In this role, he provides legal and strategic counsel to the Company’s executive leadership and Board of Directors, with oversight of corporate governance, securities and public company compliance, regulatory matters, litigation and real estate. Tom brings decades of experience serving as a senior legal executive for large, publicly traded companies across highly regulated industries as well as multi-site retail. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Rite Aid, where he guided the company through complex regulatory and restructuring matters. Prior to that, he held senior legal leadership roles at Tenneco, Aetna, Hertz Global Holdings, Walgreens, United Airlines, ScheringPlough, Baxter International, and American Medical Holdings. He currently serves on the board of Humane World for Animals and previously served as Chair Emeritus of the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution. He is also a member of the Board of Overseers of the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
